Hereby the company announces and notifies its policy in order to effectiveness, efficiency and optimal use of the company resources towards establishment of integrated management system based on International Standard ISO 9001:2000:

Management and maintenance of knowledge in the company by strengthening knowledge-based departments, providing necessary systems in order to identify, evaluate and develop suppliers and contractors 

Strengthening and providing facilities for the promotion of engineering science, design, construction, installation and operation in central office and worksites

Strengthening and improvement of management, control and supervision skills in central office and worksites with the approach of optimal use of resources

Building facilities to identify and apply modern technologies in running projects of non-metallic and metal mineral industries, petrochemical, petroleum and food industries

Meeting expectations and satisfaction of customers with the attitude of focus on customers

Implementation and maintenance of the established management system and supply of necessary resources and focus on continuous improvement

Focus on personnel training in order to improve their efficiency

With the help of God Almighty, all colleagues and I paid great efforts to pursue the above mentioned policy and committed ourselves to development and establishment of the management system.
